West Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Austin is a licensed
125-bed health care facility located at 3200 West Slaughter Lane in Austin,
Texas.
We are the
leading rehabilitation and skilled nursing center in the Austin area and
provide high quality rehabilitation, skilled nursing and long term health
care services.
Our center
participates in Medicaid, Medicare Part A and B, Private Insurance, as well
as selected HMO’s. Our health care team consists of a group of trained
professionals that are experienced to meet the needs of each patient. From
laundry and maintenance, to dietary and nursing, to administrative staff,
