facility located at 222 FM 1077 Bandera, Texas.
We are the
leading rehabilitation and skilled nursing center in the Bandera, TX area
and provide high quality rehabilitation, skilled nursing and long term
health care services.
Our center
participates in Medicaid, Medicare Part A and B, Private Insurance, as well
as selected HMO’s. Our health care team consists of a group of trained
professionals that are experienced to meet the needs of each patient. From
laundry and maintenance, to dietary and nursing, to the administrative
staff, we take pride in providing a friendly and caring atmosphere in a
