West Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Houston is a licensed
136-bed health care facility located at 3625 Green Crest in Houston, Texas.
We are the
leading rehabilitation and skilled nursing center in the Houston area and
provide high quality rehabilitation, skilled nursing and long term health
care services.
Our center
participates in Medicaid, Medicare Part A and B, Private Insurance, as well
as selected HMO’s. Our health care team consists of a group of trained
professionals that are experienced to meet the needs of each patient. From
laundry and maintenance, to dietary and nursing, to administrative staff,
